Open an issue and add a comment from its comment thread. Adding or deleting a comment is also recorded in the project’s activity log internally, though that log isn’t currently viewable anywhere in the app.
If you comment on an issue you’re not the assignee of, Orbit sends the assignee an in-app notification so they know discussion is happening on their issue. Commenting on your own assigned issue doesn’t notify yourself.
